Overview
μClamp series transient voltage suppressors (TVS) are designed to protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient surge events. uClamp02101ZA incorporates a slew rate controlled triggering circuit to activate the shunt TVS element. Under normal operating conditions, the device will present a high impedance up to the working voltage (2.1V) of the device.
Features
- Transient protection to:
- IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) : ±20kV (contact), ±30kV (air)
- IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) 2kV (5/50ns)
- IEC 61000-4-5 (lightning) 16A (8/20μs)
- Working voltage: +2.1V
- Protects one I/O or power line
- Low ESD clamping voltage
- Low leakage current
