Overview
PClamp® TVS diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to ESD. These state-of-the-art devices utilize solid-state silicon-avalanche technology for superior clamping performance. They have been optimized for ESD protection of power lines in cellular phones, industrial applications and other portable electronics. PClamp3001P is in a DFN 2.00 x 2.00 x 0.55mm 3-Lead package. Each device may be used to meet the ESD immunity requirements of IEC 61000-4-2 (±30kV contact and air discharge). PClamp3001P also provides high surge current capability (200A, tₚ = 8/20µs).Features
